All of our injection moldings is electrical and can use super engineering plastic(like PPS, PPS+GF50, PA-9T, LCP etc)
and engineering plastics(PBT+GF30) and have corrosion-proof, abrasion-resistant screw and control the mold temperature.
We have everything necessary for insert molding and product efficiently.
We produce high accurate insert production by JSW’s unique high-technology machine.

We have the measurement, test, reviewing machine nessecary for insert molding, and can confirm whether the production satisfies the customer’s needs quickly.
We can confirm and test the most important things for insert molding like statement, dimension and elecric character etc.
We can reviewing the production using X-ray transmission machine without breaking.
3D-measurement machine can measure automatically, and reduce the time of CPK measurement.
We review every products of mass production using the automatic image inspection machine.
